The magic of the rooftop terrace

Each evening, the sunset from the rooftop terrace was amazing. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff added to the overall charm of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the train line nearby made sleeping tricky on some nights, as the noise from the trains could be quite disruptive.

wonderful hotel. I recommend it if you want to know Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi... without having to stay where all the tourists are. hotel is close to the suburban train stop and has a bus that takes you to Sorrento and returns you to the hotel free of charge for guests. village where it is located is very beautiful and you can eat very well at a very good price. rooms are clean, comfortable and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. breakfast is buffet style and has everything, including a guy who makes you eggs the way you prefer and pancakes. Also, every morning they make homemade doughnuts, you can tell because if you go there first thing in the morning they are still a little bit hot (you have to try them because they are so good). They also serve dinner, we don't try them because there are many great restaurants near the hotel. They have a swimming pool that is quite big and a bar with a show and a piano for some nights. Without a doubt it is a hotel that I recommend and to which I would return without a doubt.

the service offered was excellent. the restaurant was lovely for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. very very helpful staff, gave a lot of information. the location of this hotel was unbeatable and exceptionally nice.

The staff were genuinely friendly, with a special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal special for our kids. It was great.

In my kids' opinion, the pool hours could be extended for more fun.

hotel is excellent. comfortable rooms. staff is very helpful and attentive; always with a smile and willing to assist you. breakfast is good, typical hotel continental breakfast, with pastries, fruits, juices, eggs, etc. swimming pool is very nice and if you are going to stay for a few days it is a place of relaxation and rest, you want to stay in the hotel, tired of excursions. It's located in Sant Agnello, next to Sorrento, 20 minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento, there's still a free shuttle between the hotel and Sorrento bus terminal. Every night there is some kind of show, at the bar, in the garden or at the swimming pool. good experience, highly recommended.

The restaurant, at dinner time, could have a little more flexibility in the schedule. Fifteen or twenty minutes before closing time (not too late, around 9 pm) they would already start to raise the buffet.

great stay but room lacked storage

The pool area was inviting and well-maintained. I appreciated the room's cleanliness and comfort. The superior room really felt spacious. Breakfast was really good with a variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. The staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations nearby, which enhanced our overall experience.

Very friendly reception, good breakfast, and we have received an upgrade to a room with side sea view. Comfortable regular, hotel owned shuttle taxi to the centre of Sorrento.

A beautiful hotel just outside of Sorrento. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The choice at the breakfast buffet is very big and the waiters were always there for fun. The next beach is about 5 minutes away and the Circumvesuviana about 10 minutes by foot. Restaurants are nearby. Shuttle service to Sorrento is available.

Location was suitable within walking distance of Sorrento. Comfortable and relaxing.

I could not find any reason to complain

it was a marvellous and brilliant location for us, near to bars/restaurants, and shingle beaches. spent our evenings in nearby bar la terrazza, especially when it was very hot outside. slices of fresh bread, cereals, pastries, pancakes and eggs for our breakfast were well presented.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the center of Sorrento. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting around very convenient. The breakfast spread was good, especially the fresh fruit and the option for made-to-order omelettes. The rooms are quite dated and could use some updating.

The Caravel offers a clean and modern environment complemented by a friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast buffet provided an excellent selection of fresh items, including pastries and cereals. The restaurant's dinner menu featured various delicious options, including vegetarian dishes, all served in a charming setting. The complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento was convenient and appreciated, eliminating the need for a lengthy walk.

The room was small with limited storage.
